Step 1
The bell rings, you grab the phone. And he calls from a neighbor who sits next to you in the bus. But this problem can be easily solved by setting your own ringtone settings on your Samsung phone. To do this, enter the phone menu and select the "My files" folder. Then, flip through it, open the Sounds tab and navigate to the Downloaded Sounds folder. This folder contains the ringtones available for your phone model. Listen to each melody and choose the one you like.
Step 2
Check the box on it and go to "Options". Then click on the "Install As" command. The phone program will prompt you to set this melody as a ringtone, as a contact melody or as an alarm melody. Select the "Call" setting. When a call comes in, you will have the selected default melody.
Step 3
You can also set the melody that you downloaded to your phone as a ringtone. To do this, go to the "Music" folder through the menu. Select the one you want to set as a ringtone from the list of downloaded melodies. Then open the options, go to the "Set as" command, select "Call". Save the settings. Now your phone ringtone will be different from others. In the settings, you can also set the volume of the melody, and check exactly how this or that melody will sound when a call comes in.
Step 4
You can set separate melodies for each number by selecting the "Set as contact melody" command. Then, when the call rings, you will know who is calling you. In the same way, you can set a ringtone for your phone's alarm. You only need to make settings in the "Alarm" folder in the device menu. It is also worth noting that melodies from a flash drive are installed in a similar way, you just need to go to the directories that are contained on the memory card.
