All modern mobile phones allow you to set your favorite mp3 music as a ringtone. You can assign a ring tone to each subscriber, or assign a certain melody to the group.

Step 1
Connect your Philips phone to your computer to play a ringtone, then copy the selected music file to your memory card, ideally in your existing Audio folder. Pick up your phone, select the menu, go to "My files", then find the copied melody that you want to call Philips. Click "Options", select "Use", then select "Call".
Step 2
Exit this menu, go back to the phone menu. Select "Settings", then "Profiles". Select the profile in which you want to set mp3 to ringtone. Then "Options" - "Change", select "Call melody". At the bottom of the list, find the ringtone set in the previous paragraph. Select it with the "OK" button, click the "Use" command.
Step 3
Set a ringtone for a specific contact in your Philips phone by copying all contacts from the SIM card to the phone memory. Open the desired contact that is saved in your phone. Select "Options", then "Add" - "Ringtone".
Step 4
In the opened file manager, mark the desired music file and confirm your choice by clicking on the "Use" button. Please note that you will not be able to set a ringtone for a subscriber whose number is saved on the SIM card.
Step 5
Assign a melody to calls of subscribers of a certain group, for this select the "Additional" item in the "Contacts" menu and create a group. Then click on "Functions" - "Group Information".
Step 6
Click on "Group Ringtone", select "File Manager". Then you will be redirected to the list of files on your phone, from which you will need to select the desired music file. Confirm your selection by clicking on the "Use" command.
