Instructions

Step 1

Get your password and login to enter your Personal Account on the website www.vt.ru (registration card) at the VolgaTelecom office. Enter them, observing the difference between the uppercase and lowercase letters indicated on your registration card (or a duplicate if you applied for it recently). Login should be entered before the @ sign. Read the rules of the User Agreement and confirm your agreement with them, then click "OK".

Step 2

After entering your "Personal Account" use the "Personal Account Balance" service and find out all the information about the receipt and expenditure of funds in the last month, as well as, if necessary, make a request to receive information about previous periods.

Step 3

Use the VT-Navigator system. Register in the system by calling from a landline phone (in tone mode) to the toll free number 8-800-707-69-79. Select the desired item in the voice menu for registration, dial any 6-digit number on your phone (do not start with 0). This number will be your personal login password. In a quarter of an hour you will have access to the VT-Navigator system on the company's website.

Step 4

In the BT-Navigator login dialog box, select your city code, indicate your phone number (numbers without hyphens and spaces). Enter your password and press Enter or left-click on the "Login" button.

Step 5

Select the "Account balance" menu item, specify the month and year. Click the "Account" button to get general statistics on services. Click the "Detail" button to get specific statistics on calls for the reporting period. Alternatively, you can print a receipt and pay for it at the company's offices. Payment via Yandex. Money or WebMoney is also possible if you activate this service by contacting the VolgaTelecom representative office.
