In the absence of funds on the balance of the phone, any user of the cellular network can send a request to make a call to him by another subscriber. To use this operation, you will need to enter a special USSD request using the keyboard of your phone.
Instructions
Step 1
Any USSD request starts with * and ends with #. This request serves as a signal for the cellular network to switch to the transmission mode of receiving text. After entering the USSD request, you must press the call button and wait for the result to be displayed on the screen.
Step 2
Depending on the operator used, an appropriate request is made to send a request to call another subscriber. If you are a Beeline subscriber, enter the request * 144 * phone_number #, where “phone_number” is the phone of the person to whom you want to send a message, in the international format.
Step 3
When sending a request to call back, follow the international rules for writing a number. For example, it must start with +7 followed by a 10-digit set of numbers to make a call. However, some operators allow you to send a request to call back without specifying an international code or 8 in the number. To send a message, it is enough to indicate the number in 10-digit format.
Step 4
In a similar way, a request is made to make a call to a person who is served in the Megafon operator's network. Enter the request * 144 * subscriber_number #.
Step 5
If you are a subscriber of the MTS network, the call request will be made through the number * 110 * subscriber_number #.
Step 6
Also, some operators offer to send a request to top up the balance to another person. You can find out about the availability of this option on the official website of your operator or by calling the network subscriber support service.
Step 7
Some telecom operators impose restrictions on sending a callback request. For example, in "Beeline" you can send a message no more than 10 times in 24 hours from the moment the first message was sent. MTS has this restriction - no more than 5 times.
