Megafon customers can communicate on credit even with a negative balance. The promised payment can be made in different ways - first of all, without connection fees and with connection fees.
Step 2
To make the promised payment without connection fee, contact the Megafon service office with your passport. Your credit limit will be determined depending on the money that you spend on mobile communications during the month, as well as on how long ago you connected to this telecom operator. The higher these rates, the more promised payment you will be allowed to make. However, every month it will be recalculated depending on the same data. If your account balance has not been positive for a single day during the month, the credit limit will be reduced.
Step 3
To make the promised payment with connection fee, you can define the credit limit for yourself. To independently make the promised payment from 300 to 1700 rubles, you need to activate the appropriate package by dialing * 138 #, pressing the call button and selecting the package as instructed by the autoinformer. The package is valid until disconnected. Simultaneous "order" of several packages is not possible.
When choosing the promised payment with a connection fee, you receive a reward from Megafon: after three months, the amount spent on connecting the package comes back in the form of points within the framework of the Megafon-Bonus program. Points are accrued throughout the year until you receive a total of the number of points that will be equal to the cost of the connected package. To deactivate the service, dial * 138 * 2 # on the phone. If the promised payment is turned off before the final number of points is received, you will no longer be given bonuses.
