Step 1
The phone in which your MTS operator SIM card is installed can be anything, even without the function of accessing the Internet. All that is required of him is the ability to receive SMS in Cyrillic. And you can use the "Internet Assistant" from another phone, tablet or computer, regardless of the operator or provider through which they get access to the Internet. The main thing is that it is unlimited. To activate the service, go to the MTS "Personal Account" website and follow the link "Get password by SMS". Enter the phone number and code from the picture, and then click the "Get password" button. An SMS message will come shortly. Find the password in it and enter it into the form on the site. Once entered correctly, you will be taken to your account. Keep your password secret, because knowing it, you can enable and disable services on your number, change tariff plans, etc.
Step 2
After logging in, at the top of your personal account page, you will see brief information about your SIM card: owner's full name, number, tariff. Below are the tabs. Click on the one called "Internet Assistant". A menu with many items will appear. Choose the one you want. For example, by selecting "Services", you can add and remove services without a voice portal, USSD commands and support services. The exception is "Content Prohibition" - this service can be connected and disconnected only through the support service, providing passport data, and it does not apply to the rule according to which adding and removing services through a consultant is paid. And by choosing the item "Cost control", you can order detailing in electronic form. The item "Change of tariff plan" will allow you to switch to it when a more favorable tariff appears. And although the change of the tariff plan is usually paid, if it is selected correctly, the amount of a one-time payment can quickly pay off.
Step 3
To change the password from your personal account, follow the "Change password" link at the top of the page. The new password must be complex. It also needs to be kept secret. After completing the use of your personal account, click on the "Exit" link. Now you can log in again by entering your phone number and password, or by clicking on the "Get password by SMS" link, get a new one. In this case, the old one will cease to act.
