Instructions
Step 1
Enter the following combination on the keypad of your mobile phone: * 111 * 29 #, then press the call key. This service message is a short code to deactivate the MTS "Beep" service. Upon successful completion of the operation, you will receive an SMS confirming the disconnection of the service.
Step 2
Use the services of the MTS Internet Assistant, whose website is located at: https://ihelper.mts.ru/selfcare/?button. Follow this link, enter your phone number and password in the fields provided. If you do not have a password, use the tips to obtain it located on the main page of the assistant. It will come to your phone via SMS.
In order to set a password, dial the combination from your phone: * 111 * 25 # or call 1115 and follow the instructions of the autoinformer. By entering your personal account, in the services section, you can deactivate the MTS "Beep" service.
Step 3
Contact the operator of the reference service of the mobile communication company MTS at the toll-free number 0890. Tell us about your intention to refuse the "Beep" service. In the event that you turn it off on the wrong number from which you are calling, you will have to tell the passport details of the subscriber to whom you turn off the "Beep".
Step 4
Use the services of the MTS mobile assistant. Dial the short number 0022 on the keypad of your phone. Follow the step-by-step instructions of the autoinformer, which will help you to deactivate the "Beep" service.
