Theft or loss of a mobile phone is a rather unpleasant event for each of us. Moreover, more often than not the phone itself is more valuable, but a memory card with numbers stored in it and a number known to all your relatives, friends and relatives. Most mobile operators will help you recover your number.
Instructions
Step 1
Contact the nearest service center of your mobile operator to block the number after the phone is lost or stolen. Or call the support service from a landline phone. Then check with the operator about the procedure for restoring the number and the list of necessary documents that must be provided for this procedure.
Step 2
Please note that the procedure for restoring your mobile number will depend on the type of your contract. If you are talking on a prepaid basis, then the procedure will take longer. If you are a contract subscriber, then, most likely, it will be enough for you to write an application. And in this case, your balance should be restored, i.e. the amount of money in the account.
Step 3
Take your passport, then you need to find out the address of the nearest service center of your mobile operator, you can get this information on its official website. The faster you do this, the less likely it is that something will be done with your number. Contact an employee of the service center with a request to restore your phone number.
Step 4
Fill out a special form or write an application. Then provide your personal data and indicate the reason for requesting a new card, as well as restoring the number (theft or loss). If all the details are correct, you will be issued a new card. You will also need to pay for this service, the amount in this case will depend on the tariffs of a particular mobile operator.
Step 5
Please note that all the above actions will be relevant for numbers purchased from official representatives of operators with the necessary documentation, and not on the street from distributors. After you have managed to restore your number, be careful and attentive and do not allow similar situations in the future.
Step 6
Connect your phone to PC using Bluetooth, refresh the list of services and find Bluetooth File Transfer Service, click on the icon, an explorer window will open. Next, open the desired folder on your phone or on a USB flash drive, drag and drop from a folder on your computer to drop the necessary files into it. Then install the game using the file manager on your phone.
