Step 1
If you want to change one tariff for another within a network, this can be done both using on-line access and using off-line methods. Open the official website of your service provider (for example, Beeline, Megafon, MTS, etc.) and select your region from the drop-down list. Then find the bookmark "Connecting and disconnecting tariffs" or "Managing tariffs", go to it. Find the one you want to switch to in the list of the presented tariff plans, open it. Read the information on how you can make the transition (usually a USSD request is indicated). When you switch to another tariff plan, you will automatically cancel the previous one.
Step 2
In addition, on the main page of your company's website, you can go to Service Guide (for the Megafon network) or Internet Assistant (for MTS) and get access to managing tariff plans from your Personal Account. To register in such a service, go to it using the link, click the "Get password" button and follow the further instructions of the program.
Step 3
Contact the help desk of your cellular service provider on one of the following phones: 0890 (for MTS), 0500 (Megafon), 0611 (Beeline), 611 (Tele2). Follow the instructions of the autoinformer or contact the network operator, giving him your passport data and explaining the essence of the problem.
Step 4
Visit the nearest showroom of your mobile operator. To find out its location, go to the main page of the official website of the cellular company, select your region, go to the "Help and Service" tab and select "Our Offices" or something similar (depending on the specific operator). When visiting the salon, you must have a passport with you.
