Samsung Smart TVs have a YouTube app. With it, you can watch videos on the big screen. But the search there is poorly organized. In addition, there are cases when a link to a video is sent to us via social networks. The link is only available on a laptop, computer or smartphone. But how do you get it on TV? Details are in this article.
Instructions
Step 1
Log in to the YouTube app on your TV using your account on this service. In the settings menu, find the "Link device" item. The TV will give you a pairing link and a code. A QR code will also be shown, which can be converted into a link using the smartphone's camera.
Step 2
On a smartphone, laptop or computer, go to the YouTube application and select Settings - Connected TVs. There is an Add TV button. Enter the code received from the TV. If you want to work with the video service through a browser, then follow the link indicated by the TV. Pair should be written at the end. You will also need to enter the code there.
Step 3
Now you can watch any video following a link from social networks and simply by searching on a smartphone or laptop on the big screen. It also becomes possible to put a video in the queue for viewing on TV. A general list of previously viewed YouTube videos on your smartphone and TV opens.
