Step 1
Painting a glass mug.
Take a glass mug. Wash and dry thoroughly. Draw on a small piece of paper with a black pencil or felt-tip pen. Also, the drawing you like can be downloaded from the Internet and printed. Secure the printed sheet on the inside of the mug with tape. Take some contour paint and trace around the outside of your cup. Then take the stained glass paints and carefully paint the drawing with a brush, without going beyond the boundaries of the contour. Leave the painted cup to dry for 5-6 hours. Then place it in the oven. (set the time and temperature depending on the instructions, each manufacturer gives its own parameters). Your glass mug with a wonderful design is ready! It can be washed in warm water with mild detergents.
Step 2
Painting on a ceramic mug.
Thoroughly clean the surface of the mug and dry it. Come up with a drawing. For convenience, you can first draw it on paper. Then use contour paints to apply the drawing to the mug. Gently paint it with a special ceramic paint with a paintbrush. If you wish, you can immediately apply the drawing with paints, without pre-using contour paint. After drawing, place the mug in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 30 minutes. (Carefully read the instructions for the ceramic paints you use. Perhaps the manufacturer will indicate other parameters). Leave the mug to cool in the oven for an hour. Your mug is ready!
