Step 1
To install the printer, search for the software according to your product model and your computer's operating system version. Connect the printer to your computer and to a power source, then insert the disc into the drive. Open the control panel of your computer and go to the "Hardware setup wizard" menu.

If you want to troubleshoot a printer or multifunction printer malfunction, determine the cause of the problem, download the disassembly diagram for your model of equipment on the Internet and troubleshoot. Doing this at home is not recommended if you do not have certain skills in working with equipment.

In this case, consider the specifics of your printer model. It is best to take the device to a service center or call a specialist at home. If your printer is still under warranty, return it to the store for future repair, device replacement, or refund.

To set up a network printer, install the software on it and make sure there is a local area network connection between the computers. From the Devices menu on the control panel on the host computer, make the printer or MFP the network printer, and then on the other computers, connect to this device remotely using the same software. Then, when sending documents for printing, select the device from the list of available ones.
