The service life of modern laser printers is quite large, but sooner or later the cartridges have to be changed. In order not to waste time going to the workshop to refill the cartridge, you can do it yourself, especially since it is quite simple. The toner bottle costs much less than refilling the cartridge in the workshop, and therefore you will save not only your time, but also money.

- - a hammer;
- - a piece of matter;
- - cotton pads.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to prepare your workplace. Take the cartridge out of the printer and place it on the table. Examine it carefully and find small caps (steel fasteners) from the ends.
Step 2
Next, place the cartridge on the table, with its end facing towards it. Holding it with one hand, place the screwdriver on the cap with the other, perpendicular to the table. Then hit lightly on the handle of the screwdriver with a small hammer so that the cap pops inward. Do the same with the second cap.
Step 3
Divide the cartridge into halves. The first will contain the toner rollers, and the second will also contain rollers and a container for dust, pieces of paper and toner.
Step 4
Place the first half of the cartridge in front of you and set the other half aside. Carefully open the special compartment for toner, pour the rest of the old toner into the trash can, and then add the new toner to 2/3 of the cartridge capacity just as carefully and measuredly. Close the toner compartment with the cover.
Step 5
Now set the refilled half of the cartridge aside and take the second half. In it, find a place where debris accumulates, and then thoroughly clean it of toner and paper debris.
Step 6
Next, take both halves of the cartridge, connect them together and holding them in this position, insert into the ends of the caps that you knocked out earlier. Fasten both halves with them. Use a damp paper towel or soft cloth to remove any traces of toner from the cartridge body.
Step 7
Now you can check the operation of the freshly refilled cartridge. Insert it into your printer, make some copies. After making sure everything is in order, you can continue to work with the images.
