Step 1
You can connect the forwarding service, as well as other services provided by Beeline, on the website https://uslugi.beeline.ru/. There you will need to enter your username and password. Login - your phone number in Beeline, without an area code (without 8). Password - either you are already registered in this system and know the password. Or it will be sent to you by SMS. This method may not work if you have a phone call forwarding from which you need. Currently unavailable for you
Step 2
Another way is to call the Beeline support service and activate the service by phone. The support center number is (495) 974-8888. There, the operator will ask you for passport information, as well as registration information in order to accurately establish your identity. This method is suitable if you forgot your phone or it is dead, so you cannot activate the service yourself directly from it.

You can use special sequences to set up call forwarding. To enable forwarding of absolutely all calls to the number, dial ** 21 * [your phone number] # [call]. To cancel this command, dial ## 21 # [call].

If forwarding is required only when your number is busy, then to enable the service, you need to dial ** 67 * [phone number] # [call]. To disable this forwarding dial ## 67 # [call]. Call forwarding while your phone is off: ** 62 * [your phone number] # [call]. Disable this option: ## 62 # [call].
Step 7
Call forwarding to Beeline is very convenient only when you do not answer an incoming call. Moreover, you can configure the time after waiting for which the call will be redirected. By default, the interval is set to 30 seconds. Allowed intervals: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 seconds. To enable the service, dial ** 61 * [your phone number] ** [waiting time before forwarding] # [call], and to disable ## 61 # [call].

To cancel absolutely all call forwarding configured on your number, dial ## 002 # [call].
