The first option that can help you disable the "Locator" service provided by MTS is registration in your personal account, where it is possible to disable it.
So, go to the official website of MTS cellular communications (mts.ru), click on the "personal account" tab (it is located in the upper right corner of the page) and go through the registration procedure, specifying all the requested data. Then follow the link that will come to you at the email address you specified to confirm your registration. After a few minutes, you will receive a message on your phone with a login (this will be your phone number) and a password.
As soon as the data is received, go to your personal account (by entering your login and password in the columns). In your personal booth, select the "Internet Assistant" tab, here you will again need to enter your username and password, then click the "Tariffs and Services" tab, then "Service Management". An easier way to disable the Locator service is to call the operator. Dial 0890 from any MTS SIM card and ask the operator to turn off this service for you by specifying the phone number. Within 30 minutes you will receive a message informing you that the service has been successfully disabled.
