You can activate this service through the "SMS Assistant". To do this, send a free sms to number 111 with the text 2132. You can also dial an alternative command * 111 * 2132 # on your cellular phone or use the "Internet assistant". The cost of connecting to the Home Towns service is 30 rubles, and every day a subscription fee of 1 ruble will be deducted from the account on the mobile phone.
Step 3
If, having connected Home Towns, you are disappointed in the service or you no longer need this service, you can refuse it. Disable it through the "SMS Assistant" (for this, send an SMS to number 111 with the text 21320) or dial the command * 111 * 21320 # on your mobile phone - call. Unlike connection, disconnection of the service is free.
Step 4
If for some reason you are unable to connect or disconnect "Home Towns" yourself, contact the MTS Subscriber Service Center for help by calling the operator at 0890 or visiting the nearest office of the company. After consulting with the manager, you will receive all the information about what services you have connected and how much you pay for them.
