Pen Spinning is a fairly new modern hobby, which, despite its novelty, is gaining more and more fans around the world. To do PenSpinning and perform various tricks, you need to make a special pen. Our step-by-step instructions will guide you through making your original pen spinning pen.
Instructions
Step 1
Take two identical gel pens. Remove the caps from them and saw off the rear ends so that each handle is 9 cm long. File off the rough edges of the sawn edges with a file or file and sand with sandpaper.
Step 2
Now you need a connecting piece that holds the two handles together into one. To do this, take a sturdy pencil and saw off a short 3 cm piece from it, or use a 3 cm long metal bolt with a sawed off and sanded cap.
Step 3
The connecting piece must be thick enough to fit snugly into the hole in the sawn-off end of each handle.
Step 4
Insert a pencil or bolt halfway into the hole on one side, and slide on the other handle on the other. The sawn-off edges should meet in the center.
Step 5
Take a narrow insulating tape and tightly overlap the center of the resulting handle, completely overlapping the connecting element.
Step 6
At this point, your pen can already be used for spinning, but you can go to the end by making it so that the pen can be used for its intended purpose.
Step 7
Find two identical gel refills that fit your pens, cut off the excess with a clerical knife to fit the length of the refills for the new dimensions of your pens, insert the refills and tighten the metal tips.
Step 8
Put on the caps on both tips, having previously sawed off the clothespins and sanding the kinks.
Step 9
Now you can write with the resulting double-sided pen and perform pen spinning tricks with it.
