Instructions
Step 1
The service "On Full Trust" provided by MTS is free of charge. It allows you to continue to communicate freely even with a minus value of your personal account until the balance is minus 300 rubles. After 6 months of using this option, your limit increases to 50% of the total spent on communication services.
Step 2
To cancel this MTS service, dial the following USSD request from your mobile phone: "* 111 * 32 #" and press the call button. Then proceed according to the instructions of the system.
Step 3
Use the capabilities of the "Service Guide" of the MTS company to refuse the "On complete trust" service. To do this, go to the official website of the operator, select your region and follow the link "Service Guide". Go through the stage of authorization in the system (or get a password) and in the window that opens, enter the section: "Connecting and disconnecting services". Select the appropriate service and click the "Disable" button.
Step 4
Call the round-the-clock number of the MTS information and reference service 0890 and follow the prompts of the automated menu to deactivate the "On complete trust" service. In addition, you can contact the operator of the service and, telling him the passport data provided by you when concluding a service contract, ask for help to disable this service.
Step 5
Visit the nearest mobile phone showroom of the MTS company, taking your passport with you. The location of the company's representative offices can be found on the official website of the provider by selecting your region and clicking on the tabs: "Help and Service" and "Salons-Stores". If for some reason you cannot personally visit the MTS office, your representative, who has a notarized power of attorney, can do it for you.
