Step 1
Click "Start" - "Printers and Faxes". Also, the window with installed printers can be called as follows: "Start" menu - "Control Panel" - "Printers and Faxes". In the window that opens, select "Add Printer".

In the Add Printer Wizard, click Next.

In the new window, click "A network printer or a printer attached to another computer", then the "Next" button.

Select Connect to Printer or Browse Printers. If you know the name of the printer, then enter the address string of the network printer, for example, "\ base / elephant". Click Next.

If the name of the printer is unknown, then leave the line with the name of the printer blank and click "Next".

A new window will display a list of all available printers on your network. Select the required printer and click Next.

After that, a window will appear asking you to set this printer as default. If you print primarily to a network printer, select Yes. Otherwise, click "No" - and then click "Next".

In the last window, click the "Finish" button. The network printer is now ready for use.
