Step 1
To deactivate the “Everywhere at home” service on MTS, it is enough to send a USSD request * 111 * 3333 #. After that, you should receive an SMS stating that the provision of the service has been suspended. You may also receive an error message and a request to repeat the request after a while.
Step 2
An alternative to the previous method is to send SMS to the operator yourself. To do this, type in the text box "33330" and send to the phone number "111". If the operation is successful, you should also be informed with a reply message.
Step 3
To deactivate the Smart Everywhere at Home service, just dial the USSD request * 111 * 1021 #. You can also go to the mobile operator's Internet portal, enter the phone number and password. Then in the active menu "service management" press the "disable" button opposite the selected tariff.
Step 4
If none of the above methods is suitable, then you can call MTS technical support. To do this, dial the number "0890". To deactivate the service "Like at home everywhere" or "Everywhere like at home Smart", you will need to select the item "rates and services" in the auto-informing menu or contact the dispatcher. Keep in mind that you should only call technical support when you are sure of the stability of the connection.
