First go to the official website of MTS www.mts.ru. Next, you need to click on the item "Internet Assistant" in the upper left corner

Next, a window will open in front of you where you will need to enter the phone number and password, in order to set it you need to dial the following combination of numbers from your phone: * 111 * 25 # and then follow the instructions.
