Call barring is a service that restricts the reception of SMS messages and calls (both outgoing and incoming) on a mobile phone. It is available to customers of the operator MTS, as well as MegaFon, Beeline.
Instructions
Step 1
To disable Call Barring in Beeline, use a special system. To do this, go to the website https://uslugi.beeline.ru. Next, you need to log in using your mobile phone number and personal password. You can get the latter from the operator by sending him a USSD request * 110 * 9 #.
Step 2
If you are an MTS subscriber, you can use the SMS Assistant service to cancel any service. To access it, you need to send an SMS message to 111. The text of the message must contain the code 21190. In addition, each subscriber of this operator can call the Subscriber Service number 0890 (calls from mobile phones will be free). If it is more convenient for you to send a written application, then do it by fax (495) 766-00-58. Please note: you must definitely mention what service you want to deactivate.
Step 3
Another system through which you can connect and disconnect services is called "Internet Assistant". However, it requires registration (you will need to obtain a password to login). To set a password, dial * 111 * 25 on the phone and press the call key. In addition, the MTS operator provides a short number 1118 for calls from mobile phones. Once your password is approved by the system, enter it and your mobile number in the special fields on the main page. After authorization, enter the "Tariffs and Services" menu, then go to the "Service Management" section. Opposite the “Call barring” service, click on the “Disable” button.
Step 4
MegaFon provides special numbers for canceling the Call Barring service. To see a complete list of them, visit the official website of the operator. You only need one of them (depending on what kind of prohibition you have enabled). For example: to cancel the barring of incoming calls, send a request # 35 * password #. By the way, enter the code 111 as the password.
