The service “Like at home everywhere” on MTS allows you to make long distance and local calls at the same rate, but some subscribers are not satisfied with the relatively high subscription fee. You can deactivate the “Everywhere at home” service by means of a cell phone or via the Internet.
Instructions
Step 1
Make sure that the option is indeed enabled by sending an empty SMS to the short number 8111. If this is confirmed, send a free message with the text "33330" (without quotes) to number 111 to deactivate the "Everywhere at home" service. You can also do this by typing the command * 111 * 3333 # and pressing the call key.
Step 2
Disable the service by calling the operator's customer communication center. To do this, dial 08900 and press "Call". Wait for the answer from the support employee and inform that you need to deactivate the “Everywhere at home” service. The operator will manually disable it or recommend you to perform the necessary actions for this.
Step 3
Contact the MTS office closest to you and inform the employees of your request. Your question will be resolved on a first come, first served basis.
Step 4
Use the "Internet Assistant" to deactivate the "Everywhere at Home" service. This service is launched from the official website of MTS. Enter your username and password, having previously received them by following the instructions on the screen. Go to the connected services screen and select the appropriate item, then click on the "disconnect" link. Wait for the receipt of SMS confirmation of the operation. If it doesn't, there might be some problem. Contact the support center to clarify the circumstances of the problem.
