Clients of the MTS operator can disable unnecessary services through the SMS Assistant. To do this, you need to send a message 21190 to the short number 111. In addition, you can send your application by fax (495) 766-00-58. At the same time, do not forget to indicate which service you want to refuse. At any time, you can contact the MTS Subscriber Service (just call 0890). Calls from a mobile phone will be free of charge.
Step 3
"Internet Assistant" is another service that allows you to manage services. If you need to use it, go to the website https://ihelper.nnov.mts.ru. You will be required to enter your phone number and password. To get a password, call 1118, or send a USSD request * 111 * 25. As soon as you receive it, log in to the system. Next, open the "Tariffs and Services" section, and in it select the "Service Management" item. To reject Call Barring, click on the "Disconnect" message in front of it.

Beeline has a service https://uslugi.beeline.ru to connect and disconnect services. However, you will not be able to use it right away; first, you should ask the operator for a password. To do this, send the USSD command * 110 * 9 #. After receiving the necessary data, log in by entering your mobile phone number as a login.
