The "Caller ID" service is provided by the largest Russian mobile operators: MTS, Megafon and Beeline. If your phone does not display numbers during incoming calls, activate the service using one of the available methods.

Step 1
Subscribe to the "Caller ID" service from the mobile operator "MTS". To do this, you can use the "Internet Assistant" service, which can be accessed from the company's official website. Click on the link "Internet Assistant", which is highlighted in red and located in the upper right corner of the main page. Click on it to enter the system. Register in the system, if you have not done so before, following the instructions provided. Use your phone number as a login, and a code that will be sent to you via SMS as a password. To speed up the process of obtaining a password, dial * 111 * 25 # from your mobile device or call the toll-free number 1118. In your personal account, go to the "Services" item and activate "Caller ID".
Step 2
Subscribers of the Beeline company, in addition to using their personal account, registration in which is carried out identically to the above actions on the operator's website, can connect a caller ID from their phone. Execute the request * 110 * 061 # or dial the number 067409061. As for the Megafon mobile operator, the Caller ID service is initially available to subscribers after receiving a SIM card, but not all numbers can be recognized by the system. If, for example, the subscriber has activated the "Number identification restriction" service, you will not be able to see him.
Step 3
Ask for help in the mobile phone stores of your city, serving subscribers of the corresponding operator. Bring your passport with you and, presenting it, ask the office staff to connect the caller ID. The operation is performed locally and is usually free of charge. Also, do not forget to regularly view the offers of operators on their official websites, since the caller ID service often becomes available when new, more favorable tariffs are connected.
