Step 1
Enable auto-pickup in Panasonic to activate caller ID. To do this, enter the phone menu, select the "Base settings" item or Setting bs. Then press the 3 key on the phone. Enter the PIN code of the base, by default it is four zeros. Then press button 5, and then 2. In the "Enable auto-raise" item, press "OK".
Step 2
Use another method to enable caller ID if the previous one did not fit your phone model. Enter the phone menu, then go to the base station settings. Select "Automatic Caller ID". While inside this item, dial 255. Nothing will be displayed on the screen. After that, the item "Autoraise" will appear. Select the On option and exit the menu.
Step 3
Turn on the auto-caller ID in the Panasonic 5XX phone using the service menu. To do this, go to the menu, then select the item "Change the PIN-code of the base", enter the password 72627664. Then enter the engineering menu of the phone. Go to the Write eeprom option, enter the address 007F. To enter F, press the R key, then the number 5. The hexadecimal character F appears. The rest of the letters are typed in the same way, the numbers correspond to the letters in order: A = R0, B = R1, and so on.
Step 4
Activate auto-pickup on the PANASONIC KX-TCD500RU phone. To do this, go to the menu, then select "Base menu". Enter pin code 0000. Select "Other". Click OK. Select the option "Change PIN code base", then "OK". Enter the value 7262 from the keyboard. Next, dial confirmation 7664, after which you will enter the engineering mode of the phone. In it, select the second option and click "OK".
Step 5
Click on Set address, enter 007, press R and 5. Next, enter 06 and click OK. After that, wait for the confirmation beep, unplug and plug the phone back on. Then select the number of calls from which the number will be determined in the "Base settings" - "Automatic Caller ID" section.
