To set forwarding on your phone, Beeline subscribers must send a special request. This can be done using the USSD command ** 21 * (phone number) #. It allows you to activate absolute (full) call forwarding, it is valid in all cases. If the client needs to order the type of service that is activated only when the phone is busy, he must dial the USSD number ** 67 * (mobile phone number) #. Disabling call forwarding is possible around the clock using the ## 67 # request.
Step 4
The operator of communication "MTS" allows all users to set up call forwarding through the customer support center. You can call him at 8-800-333-0890. In addition, there are several self-service systems, namely: "Internet Assistant", "Mobile Assistant" and "SMS Assistant".
Step 5
Service management is available through USSD requests. To activate absolute forwarding, dial ** 21 * (telephone number) # on the telephone keypad. It is possible to connect and partial forwarding: send a request to the number ** 67 (phone number) # or ** 62 * (phone number) #. To deactivate the service, subscribers are provided with the USSD command ## 002 #. Installation will cost 30 rubles, shutdown is completely free. There is no subscription fee for using the service.
