Step 2
The data cable and software required to connect the phone to the computer should be included with the phone. Otherwise, download drivers and synchronization software on the official website of your phone manufacturer. You can find the data cable at a cellular hardware store. Please note that the software required for synchronization may be suitable for several phone models, while the drivers should be suitable for yours.
Step 3
Install drivers and software, then connect your phone to your computer. This sequence must be used to avoid incorrect device addition. Your phone model may not support USB charging, so only connect your phone to your computer when fully charged. If not fully charged, your phone may sit down during syncing, resulting in data loss.
Step 4
Launch the software to synchronize your phone with your computer. Open the phone book using the program menu, then either select all entries, or use a special button to copy all the contacts contained in the phone's memory. Copy the data to your computer.
Step 5
If you need to transfer contacts from your computer to your phone, connect your phone and using the synchronization software, copy the notebook to your mobile memory. Be sure to reload it through the program to save the changes.
