The iPhone is a multifunctional device that supports synchronization with some computer programs. For example, you can import your contacts from Outlook to customize the device's built-in email program. This operation will prevent you from losing the necessary e-mail addresses that you store on your computer.

Step 1
To sync Microsoft Outlook with iPhone, you must initially import contacts from the program in vcf format. To do this, open the menu "Start" - "All Programs" - Microsoft Office - Microsoft Outlook. Go to the "Contacts" tab, which is located in the lower left corner of the main application window.
Step 2
Select the contact you want to sync with iPhone and click on the "File" button. Click on "Save As" and specify the location to save the file. It is advisable to specify a directory, the location of which you can specify manually. For example, create a temp folder at the root of your local drive C. To do this, open Start - Computer - Local Drive C: / and create a folder with the specified name. Repeat the save operation with each contact you want to add to your device's records.
Step 3
After importing all the data, start the command line. To do this, you can use the menu "Start" - "All Programs" - "Accessories" - "Command Prompt". You can also enter cmd in the Start Menu search bar. In the window that appears, enter the query c: / temp and press Enter.
Step 4
After completing the operation, enter the following query:
Copy / a *.vcf c: / contacts.vcf
This operation will allow you to create a separate file with all the addresses imported from Outlook. All contacts are now saved in one document and are located in the root directory "Start" - "Computer" - "Local drive C:".

Go to your mailbox and create a draft letter, attach the file you just created as an attachment.

Add your mailbox using the iPhone settings menu item "Settings" - "Mail, Addresses, Calendars". In the list that appears, select "Add" and specify the settings for accessing your email address.

After specifying the mailbox on the device, go to the Mail program and download the attachment from the letter you created in the draft letter. After the file is uploaded, you will see the option to add the contacts specified in it. Click Add All Contacts. Data sync operation completed.
