Step 1
To deactivate the Good'ok service, use the online assistant located on the Internet. Go to the official website of the mobile operator MTS (www.mts.ru). Click on the self-service link. Enter your eight-digit password and ten-digit phone number. Then select the "Good'ok" section. Here you will see the entire list of melodies and phrases connected to your personal account, disable them, and then be sure to save the changes.
Step 2
If you do not have access to the Internet for any reason, deactivate the service using the mobile assistant. While in the MTS home zone, dial * 111 * 29 # and “Call”. Your display will show a service message with the results of the operation. Please note that if the service is deactivated in the first days of the month, the subscription fee is not split, but is charged for the full calendar period, so it is advisable to deactivate the service at the end of the month.
Step 3
If you want to temporarily disable the Good'ok service, unsubscribe only from the melody. To do this, call the short number 0550 and go to the "Control the melody" section. Listen to the information of the autoinformer and press the key required to turn off. You can also unsubscribe from the melody using an outgoing message. To do this, send the following text “Stop (and melody code)” to the short number 9505. Please note that the deactivation of the service or the cancellation of the subscription to the melody is completely free of charge.

If you are unable to disable the service yourself, contact the specialists for help. You can get advice and deactivate the service by calling 0890 or 8 800 250 0890 (from a landline phone).
