Use a short service message. Just dial * 111 * 29 # on the phone keypad and press the "Call" key. * 111 * 29 # is the code for disconnecting the MTS "GOOD'OK" service.
Step 2
Use the "Internet Assistant" service - https://ihelper.mts.ru/selfcare/?button. Follow the link, enter your personal account, in the services section. On this page you can disconnect and connect any service, including the "GOOD'OK" service
Step 3
Call the MTS "Inquiry Service" at 0890. The call is free for MTS subscribers.
Step 4
Pay a visit to the MTS salon. Contact the operator with a request to deactivate the service, giving your number and presenting your passport.
