Step 1
If you have access to the Internet, you can turn off any services using a special self-service system, but for this you need to register. Dial the following command from your phone: * 105 * 2 #. Your mobile device will immediately receive a message with a universal code.
Step 2
Enter the address of the official website of OJSC "Megafon". In the upper right corner, click on the link "Service Guide". Indicate the phone number and the code sent to you in the message.
Step 3
Go to the "Services and Tariff" section. Select the required item, for example, "Change the set of services". To disable this or that option, simply uncheck the box and save the changes by clicking on the "Make changes" button.
Step 4
You can carry out operations with connected services using special USSD commands. Find out the codes from the operator or on the official website of OJSC "Megafon". To do this, in the "Search" line, type the name of your option, in the list that opens, click on the link that leads to the description of the service. For example, to deactivate "Change dial tone", you just need to dial the following symbols from your phone: * 111 * 29 #.
Step 5
You can disable any service using the SMS command. To do this, you just need to dial a certain text from your phone and send it to the desired number. For example, to deactivate the "Weather" option, send the word "stop" to 5151.
Step 6
If you have additional questions, or you cannot turn off the service yourself, call the contact center at 0500 or the federal number +7 (924) 011 0500. If you are a representative of an organization, call the corporate customer service line - 0555.
Step 7
You can perform operations with services through a company employee. To do this, you need to visit the operator's office or a cellular salon.
