ICQ is one of the most convenient instant messaging services over the Internet. It is used by about 15 million people around the world. All messages you send are free and reach the addressee instantly. There are several options for installing the ICQ client for Nokia phone owners.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are using a regular phone (not a smartphone), you need to download a Java application. To do this, open the wap.jimm.org website in your phone's browser and select the latest version of Jimm from the list. Follow the link where you will be prompted to select a device. Click Any mobile, then No modules and select Russian from the list. Click Start downloading. The program will download and install.
Step 2
If you have a Nokia smartphone, you can use an easier installation method. Launch the preinstalled Ovi Store application. Search for the word ICQ. You will see a list of applications that support the ICQ service. Select one of the programs, click "Download" and the application will be installed on your phone.
Step 3
If, for some reason, none of the above methods worked for you, there is another installation option. Go to the website www.icq.com from your computer. At the top of the page, find the ICQ Mobile section and select the type of device that suits you. Enter your mobile phone number in the input field and click the "Send" button. You will receive an SMS message with a link to the file. Download it and install it on your phone.
