Mobile operators often do not notify their subscribers about changes in the contract for the provision of communication services. So, the subscriber can connect paid options, which he does not even know about. An example is the "Always online" service.
Instructions
Step 1
The mobile service "Always online" is provided by the mobile operator Megafon. With its help, the subscriber who called you will know when you reappear in the network, if during his attempt to call you your phone turned out to be switched off or you were outside the Megafon network access zone.
Step 2
This service is connected automatically after activating the SIM card and for some time a subscription fee is not charged. After the end of the grace period, from the subscriber's mobile account with a certain frequency, the operator begins to write off money for the "Always in touch" service. In different regions, the cost of this service is charged differently.
Step 3
You can check the status of the service by sending a USSD request to the number * 111 * 2 * 1 * 5 * 9 * 9 * 2 * 3 #. In response, an SMS will be sent to the mobile phone, in which the operator will inform you whether the "Always online" service is activated. You can disable this service from Megafon by dialing the following USSD request on the screen of your mobile phone: * 111 * 2 * 1 * 5 * 9 * 9 * 2 * 2 #.
Step 4
This number may not work in some regions of Russia. If, instead of successfully sending a USSD request, the phone reported an error or an incorrect request, use a single code for disabling the Megafon "Always online" service. In this case, the disconnection of the service will last a little longer (up to several hours). A single USSD request number: * 105 # 2500 #. After the disconnection request has been sent, you will also receive a reply SMS with the result of the operation.
