This option provides for the use of a digital answering machine at the moment when you are out of range of the network or simply cannot answer an incoming call. You can deactivate this service at any time.
Instructions
Step 1
To deactivate the Always Online service, you can use a special USSD command. To do this, dial the following combination of numbers from your phone: * 105 # and the call key. After that, select the number "3" - "Services" from the list, then again "3" - "List of services". Next, you need to find the above option and press the key corresponding to it. And then select "Disable".
Step 2
You can also deactivate the service using the "Service-Guide" self-service system. To do this, go to the official website of the company - www.megafon.ru. In the upper right corner, find the "Service Guide" command, click on it.
Step 3
In the window that opens, enter your ten-digit phone number and password, which should consist of 4 digits, then click on the inscription "Login". In some cases, the system may ask you to enter a security code consisting of several Latin letters.

In the page that opens, you will see a menu to your left. Find the tab "Services and tariff", click on it, select the item "Change the set of services".
Step 5
Check the box in front of the "Additional" group, find the "Always online" service and uncheck the checkbox. Then click "Make changes" and confirm your action.
Step 6
You can deactivate the service using the subscriber service telephone line. To do this, dial the short number 0500 from your phone, wait for the operator to answer. Having named the passport data of the owner of the personal account, you can disable or enable any option, including "Always online".
Step 7
If for any reason it is not possible to turn off the service, contact the nearest office of the mobile operator "Megafon". It is advisable to have a SIM card or passport with you. In the event that you are not the owner of the personal account, then provide the operator with a power of attorney issued in your name.
