Step 1
To deactivate the Always Online service, you just need to contact your cellular operator. To do this, call the inquiry service 0500 or 8 800 333 05 00. Listen to the autoinformer. If you have not received the information you need, contact the operator. An employee of the company will ask you for the passport details of the owner, after which the option will be disabled.
Step 2
If you have the opportunity to use the Internet, disable the service using it. To do this, enter the address of the official website of the Megafon company in the line. Click on the link that automatically takes you to the self-service system "Service Guide". Enter your ten-digit phone number and your universal password.
Step 3
Go to the service management section, which is located in the menu in the "Services and tariff" tab. Check the box in front of the "Additional". A list of all connected and unconnected services will open at the bottom. Find the "Always online" option. Uncheck the box and click "Make changes". Please note that if there are no funds on your personal account, the operation cannot be performed.
Step 4
There is also a fairly simple way to disable the service. You need to dial the ussd-command * 105 # and "Call" from your mobile device. Note that you can disable the option in this way only if you are within the network coverage area.
