In a specialized store of cell phones, you can choose any model without problems, but not everyone can make a phone with their own hands. The advantage of self-assembly is that you can get an exclusive mobile phone model.
Instructions
Step 1
Find all the cell phone parts you need. You can use spare parts for old mobile phones or buy new ones in the store. Currently commercially available work boards, displays, enclosures, speakers, etc. Please note that all parts must be purchased before assembly. Otherwise, at some crucial stage, a scarce part will not be at hand. Make sure that all parts fit the size of the phone case and fit together.
Step 2
Take care of the software on your "new" phone. Go to the website https://remont-gsm.com. At the end of the page you will be offered codes and firmware for some models of cell phones and programs that allow you to do this. For example, the Phoenix program is intended for flashing Nokia phones. Other programs can generate code, reset to factory settings without additional hardware. You can download these programs directly from the site, which are accompanied by detailed instructions.
Step 3
Take an empty phone case. Depending on the model, the motherboard is attached to the middle or bottom of the case (frame) using a special flexible cable. If you were unable to re-solder the board by installing all parts of the phone (display, microphone, lamps, etc.) on it, you can install several single-sided boards located in parallel. Install the functional keyboard and buttons loop on it. Also attach a cover with hearing speakers to the board. Gently place the display on the middle and snap in, as well as the coaxial cables. The frame must be fixed around the entire perimeter. Then install all connectors, side, bottom, top panels according to the assembly instructions for the specific cell phone brand. Secure them with screws. You will receive a mobile phone made exclusively for yourself.
