The “Be in the know” service is provided by two telecom operators: MTS and Beeline. Thanks to it, subscribers will be able to see all the missed calls and messages accumulated during the period while the phone was out of the network.
Instructions
Step 1
Those subscribers of the "Beeline" company who no longer want to use this service can turn it off using the USSD command * 110 * 400 #. However, this is far from the only way to refuse not only the “Be in the know” service, but also many others. This is a service system located on the website https://uslugi.beeline.ru. It allows you to manage all services, order bill details, change your tariff plan, and block your SIM card. This system requires user authorization. To do this, dial * 110 * 9 # and press the call key. A few minutes after sending the request, a message with an access password will be sent to your mobile phone. Use your phone number as your login.
Step 2
The second option for disabling the service is associated with the use of the "Mobile Consultant" system. Dial the free number 0611 to contact the autoinformer. This system, like the one described above, is multifunctional. With its help, you can change the parameters of the tariff plan, check the status of the personal account and manage services. If you want to get more detailed information about the service, go to the official website of the operator.
Step 3
To cancel the service, an MTS subscriber must dial and send the following combination: * 62 * + 79168920892 #. If it is more convenient for you to disconnect via the Internet, use the "Internet Assistant". It is located on the website https://ihelper.nnov.mts.ru/. After authorization in the system, go to the "Service management" section or to "My subscriptions". Thanks to them, you can remove an unnecessary service from the list by clicking the "Disable" button opposite it.
