Modern telephones have long ceased to be exclusively a means of communication. The latest technologies have made it possible to turn the handset into an almost full-fledged media center, which differs from a standard radio tape recorder and TV only in size. Many phone models already support watching movies.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to make sure that the phone can play the desired movie. To do this, find out what video formats your device supports and check in what format the required movie is recorded. If the format is not supported by the phone, then this video needs conversion. Use special software for this, for example, the free Any Video Converter program, which can be downloaded from the link https://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/. Install this program on your computer and run it
Step 2
Use the "Add Video" button to open the required movie file using the program. Then select the target file format to match the file formats supported by your phone. You will get the best quality if you encode the movie in.avi,.mpg or.mkv formats, however if you are not sure if your phone supports the above codecs, use the "Mobile MPEG-4 Video" preset, which will create a file the.mp4 format, which is played by most mobile phones. Having set all the options, specify the destination folder for saving the movie and click the "Encode" button. After a while, a movie suitable for recording into the phone will appear in the folder you specified.
Step 3
Connect the phone to the computer, or insert the flash card of your phone into the card reader connected to the PC. Copy the converted video file to the Videos folder on your phone's flash drive. Insert the flash card back (or disconnect the phone from the computer), go to the folder where the video files are stored and play the movie you just recorded.
