The chat package is an additional service provided to MTS subscribers. Often it can be included in the list of services attached to the tariff by default. In order not to overpay again, you can turn it off.
Instructions
Step 1
Enter * 111 * 12 # in the standby mode of your mobile phone and press the call button. Disable the MTS chat package in the service menu that appears, after which an SMS message will be sent to your number notifying that the application has been accepted. After a while, you will also receive a message about the disconnection of the service.
Step 2
Go to the "Internet Assistant" on the page https://ihelper.mts.ru/selfcare/ of the official website of the MTS company. If you do not yet have a password to enter the system, create it by following the actions suggested on the page (a confirmation will be sent to your number). Open the list of connected services and deactivate the "chat package". You can also use this menu to manage other services provided by your cellular operator.
Step 3
Use your personal account on the operator's website for personal control of the services connected to you or check them with the operator. MTS often connects some types of services without the consent of subscribers, since initially this is done free of charge, but after a while the operator begins to charge a subscription fee for their use.
