Chat package is an additional service provided to MTS subscribers. Often, it is included in the list of customer services by default, which they may not even know about.
Instructions
Step 1
In the standby mode of your phone, enter * 111 * 12 # and press the call button. In the service menu that appears, select the disabling of the MTS chat package, after which you should receive an SMS message notifying you that the application has been accepted, and later a message about the disconnection.
Step 2
Go to the official website of the MTS company, to the user's personal account. If you do not have an account in this system, create one (you may need your phone to confirm). Go to the list of services connected to you and deactivate the chat package. Use this menu to manage and other services of this cellular operator.
Step 3
In order to periodically monitor the services connected to you, use this menu in your personal account or check their list with the operator. Very often, MTS connects some services without the consent of subscribers, since at first they are provided free of charge, after which, after a certain period of time, it begins to pay a subscription fee for its use (or non-use).
Step 4
In order to control the connected services from the Megafon operator, use the Service Guide menu or call the operator at 0500. You can also get information at the company's customer service offices by providing the SIM card holder's passport.
Step 5
To manage the connected services of the Beeline company, also create a personal account for the user and check the compliance in the list of connected services. If you do not have access to the Internet, call the operator at 0611 and find out the necessary information from the company's technical support service. Also, contact the nearest service office, provided that the SIM card is registered in your name.
