Step 1

Make sure that your personal account has enough funds to connect to the Home Towns service, the cost of which is 34 rubles including VAT.

Step 2

Subscribers of not all tariff plans have the opportunity to use the service, for example, if you have a corporate tariff, "The only" or "Guest", then the service is not available for you. Therefore, before attempting to connect, read the contract for the provision of communication services or contact the operator of the customer service department.

Step 3

Become a user of the Home Towns service by sending a message to the short number 111. In the “Text” field, enter the following characters: 2132. If you want to deactivate the service, send an SMS to the same number with the text: 21320. Remember that deactivation of the service is free of charge.

Step 4

Activate the Home Towns service using a special command: * 111 * 2132 #, at the end press the call key. You will receive a service message on your phone, which will contain information and connection.

Step 5

Become a user of the service by calling the contact center of MTS OJSC at 0890. If you are in roaming, then contact the operator by dialing +74957660166.

Step 6

Contact a customer service office, dealership or branch. Don't forget to take your passport with you.

Step 7

If for any reason you are unable to contact the operator, you can use the self-service system called "Internet Assistant". To do this, you need to go to the official website of MTS OJSC and click on the appropriate tab. But before that, register a password in the system, for this enter the ten-digit number and the security code shown in the picture. The password will be sent to you as a service message to your phone.
