Instructions
Step 1
Take a small bag or a regular tea saucer. On it you will fold all the parts of the disassembled apparatus. This is necessary in order not to lose sight of the very small screws that secure the mobile phone.
Step 2
Open the charging compartment and remove the battery. Examine the contacts for dust or debris. Set the battery aside by wiping it with a clean, dry cloth.
Step 3
Remove the metal trim. To do this, pry it off with a scalpel and unscrew the two screws with a screwdriver. Place them in a bag or saucer. Be careful with the scalpel. Jumping off the body of a mobile phone, it can make a rather deep scratch. Not to mention the possibility of seriously injuring yourself with a sharp instrument.
Step 4
Take an old credit card and pry off the bezel. You can also use a plastic pick instead of a card. Do not use a metal object like plastic or plastic. The type of a mobile phone is 80% dependent on its front panel, and a Sony Ericsson mobile phone is no exception. Unfortunately, a metal tool, if unsuccessfully maneuvered, can severely damage the glass of the front panel.
Step 5
After removing the metal plate, pry the keyboard module with an irreplaceable scalpel. Be very careful at this stage of disassembling the phone, as the keypad is one of the most fragile parts of a mobile phone. Remove the four screws with a screwdriver, which are accessible after removing the keypad and phone display. Be careful not to damage the ribbon connectors. If this happens, a trip to the Service Center is definitely inevitable. Take your time and do everything in a measured manner, without sudden movements.
Step 6
Disconnect the cover that prevents access to the keyboard module and display cable. Unscrew a couple of screws at the top and bottom, then take the credit card again and pull the cover slightly away from you and up. Don't overdo it - the cover should be easy to remove. Take out the keypad module and the main board of the Sony Ericsson mobile phone.
