Instructions
Step 1
Locate the channel and volume buttons on the front of the TV. Most models support the presence of simple TV control buttons without the participation of a remote control, but they are not always noticeable at first glance.
Step 2
Also look for buttons on the left or right (less commonly) side of the TV. Switching can also be accessed from the underside of the front of the TV cabinet. Since everything here is individual for each model, see the user manual that comes with the kit, if any, or order it on the manufacturer's official website.
Step 3
If you have a different model or manufacturer to switch channels and volume; most of them fit together.
Step 4
Also, often, to switch channels, you can use remotes not only from TVs, but also from music centers, DVD players, receivers, VCRs, and so on. If you cannot find your model of remote control in stores, you can order it online or arrange delivery with local hardware stores.
Step 5
If you need to switch to AV mode without a remote control, please note that this action is unlikely to be available to you from the panel on the front or side of the TV. Here, only 12 V can be supplied to the eighth pin of the SCART connector, if one is provided for by your model. Be extremely careful here and make sure you have the necessary skills to perform this operation.
