Radio-controlled cars can delight not only children. There are clubs in which quite adults compete in the races of their models. However, as is the case with any car, a radio-controlled model must, first of all, learn to operate.
Instructions
Step 1
Control panels are of two types: wired and wireless remote. Obviously, the names speak for themselves, and there is no need to explain the difference. In order for the controlled cars to start moving, it is necessary to check whether the battery located in the control panel and in the mini-car itself is charged. The number of batteries, as well as their brand and voltage, will be noted in the user manual. Consider also the range of the remote control, usually from 30 to 50 meters, but it may be more or less depending on the model.
Step 2
The device and appearance of the control panel itself will differ depending on the manufacturer of the machine, but their meaning is the same. Forward direction, backward direction, turns to the right and left. Some remotes resemble a pistol. The trigger is responsible for back and forth movement. A cylindrical rotary button is usually located on the side. This is an analogue of the steering wheel, which sets the parameters of movement to the left and to the right. Other remotes are a little simpler and are equipped with a cross, on which the left, right, up, down buttons correspond to the left, right, forward, backward direction.
Step 3
On some models, for example, the Hummer H2 Sut on the radio control, there is a three-speed gearbox that can be switched from the remote control.
Step 4
Individual control panels can be reconfigured for right and left hand operation. Sales consultants are usually aware of such a function, or information about it is reflected on the box and in the instructions.
Step 5
Additional buttons can also be added: turning on headlights, dimensions, wipers, etc. The purpose and correspondence of the buttons to the additional control functions can always be found in the user manual. If the instructions are lost, you can go to the official website of the manufacturer, indicate your model, then download the instructions.
