Step 1
Check if your phone has a feature that allows you to recover deleted files. To find out, carefully read the instructions for the device, for sure it will be said about it there.

In case of loss of data from a smartphone, there is a possibility that they may be in the basket of the device, since most smartphones delete files according to the principle of a personal computer: first into the basket, then complete deletion. Open the file manager on your smartphone and check the contents of its folders. Read the instructions, there may be special notes that will help you better understand the file system of the device.

If the previous steps did not help, take the phone to the service center specialists. With the help of special programs, they will try to recover the lost data.
Step 4
If water gets on the phone, immediately turn off the device, remove the battery and contact the service. There they will dry and clean it, check if all the data has been saved, and restore the necessary ones.
Step 5
If the deletion of data from the phone is caused by a damaged memory card, contact a service center, where professionals may be able to recover the lost data from the media. Do not disassemble and assemble the phone yourself, this may lead to irreversible loss of information.
Step 6
If it is not possible to contact the service center, using special software, try to recover the data yourself. To do this, install the free Recuva v1.37 program on your computer. Insert the phone's memory card into the USB modem, connect it to the computer. Run the program. The wizard that appears will ask, "What type of file should I restore?" Click on "Other". In the list that appears, select your memory card. Scanning will then start automatically. When the scan is finished, all found files will be displayed on the screen. Select the file you need (or all) and click "Recover".
