By default, iPhone can only sync with one iTunes library. After performing the jailbreak operation, this function becomes available when using the SwapTunes program. For other users, the method suggested by Andrew Grant is recommended.

Instructions
Step 1
When trying to sync the iPhone with the library of the second computer, the user will receive a message stating that the mobile device is already synced with another library and a proposal to cancel the selected action or delete the existing library.
Step 2
Launch the text editor application on the primary computer with which the mobile device is synced, and open the file named iTunes Music Library.xml in it, located in the drive_name: / My Music / iTunes folder. Define a string with a value
Library Persistent ID
and find the numeric value for the permanent iTunes ID. Create a copy of the found item.
Step 3
Repeat the same steps on the second computer to sync the library with the iPhone and replace the found identifier with the saved one, but do not delete it, but save it in a convenient place. Save your changes and close the edited file.
Step 4
Use UltraEdit (for Windows OS) / HexEdit (for Mac OS) to open the iTunes Music Library.itl file on a second computer. Note that this file does not have an extension on OS Macintosh. Open the Edit menu of the upper service panel of the application window and specify the Replace command. Make sure the Hex box is checked and enter the saved iTunes ID of the second secondary computer in the Find line. Enter the value of the saved iTunes ID of the primary computer in the Replace with line and confirm your choice by clicking the Replace All button.
Step 5
Save your changes and close the modified file. Connect your iPhone to the second computer and perform the sync operation by selecting the Manually Manage Music and Video option.
Step 6
To sync apps, photos, and calendars, use the option to authorize the second computer with your Apple ID account and follow the standard procedure.
