This should be done in order to clarify the conditions for the provision of messaging services. Usually, on the operator's page on the network, the conditions for sms-communication, the procedure and rules for connecting the messaging are published. This will greatly facilitate the configuration of this communication method.
Step 3
Setting up sms in a cell phone should start with defining the sms center. Sms-center is a contact number that acts as a service center for a particular telecom operator. In fact, this is a number that is a "connection point" for communication between two subscribers through messages. You can find out the number of the sms center on the corresponding website on the Internet and enter it in your cell phone in the window that requires you to set the coordinates of the message center.

Next, in the settings for sms messages, you should select the type of messages. If you intend to exchange exclusively text messages, then select the message type "Text". If you intend to exchange e-mail, voice or fax messages, then you should select the appropriate items in the settings menu - "Voice", "Fax", "E-mail".

To be able to receive confirmation of message delivery, activate the Delivery Report service. Then, if the message is delivered, you will receive an SMS notification that the subscriber has received your message.
