Be careful, fill in the fields highlighted in yellow. The Megafon operator will contact you and send you an order identification number, which will need to be confirmed upon receipt of the restored number.

To restore the phone number that belongs to the Beeline cellular company, dial the following number: (495) 974-8888. Explain why you lost your SIM card and verify your identity. To do this, provide your passport details under the contract or write a letter indicating the contact phone number for communication. And then send the application by fax or by e-mail of the Beeline office.
