The popular Opera browser also has two flavors of applications for mobile devices. These are Opera Mini and Opera Mobile. You can use both of these programs to install on your Pocket PC.

Instructions
Step 1
Download the installer for the Opera Mini or Opera Mobile application to the memory of your Pocket PC. You can download it from the official Opera website or from any other resource to download software for mobile devices. Be sure to check the installer for viruses, especially if you did not download it from the official website of the software developer.
Step 2
Connect your Pocket PC to your computer wirelessly or using the supplied USB cable. Pair the devices in mass storage mode and copy the Opera mobile application installer to the PDA memory, while remembering the folder where you copied the file, since you will need to find it on your phone.
Step 3
Disconnect your mobile device from your computer and go to the file browser. Find the installer for the Opera browser application in the folder where you copied it and start the installation. If the application asks for permission to access the Internet, click on confirm. Run the program from the list of applications installed on your PDA.
Step 4
If possible, download the Opera app from your mobile device browser. To do this, also go to the official website of the software developer and save the browser installation file to the memory of the mobile device. Then start the installation of the application from the corresponding menu of your PDA.
